Traveloka Prepaid reservation

A reservation wherein the guest need to pay the full amount on the booking date. Traveloka will send the payment in the property via bank transfer.

Traveloka pay at the Hotel

Guest will be able to make a reservation without any advance payment (prepaid). However, guest will need to provide their card details on the booking date just to guarantee their reservation. Full payment (either cash or card) will be collected by the property during the stay of the guest.

 

How Switch will handle the prepaid reservation?

If the property received a prepaid reservation, the balance due will be 0. In the payments tab, an additional note will be added as “Traveloka collect payment”.

If the reservation is not prepaid, there will be an additional note in a reservation saying, “Hotel should collect payment from guest”
