After signing up to, you will receive your
temporary login details for your account through your registered email. This contains your Switch Account subdomain (URL), 6-Digit ID and your temporary Passcode. You should also check your Spam and Junk folder if you do not see it in your Inbox.

After receiving your temporary login details on your registered email address, we suggest you to update your ID and Passcode numbers for security purposes. 

Go to Settings (1) then click Manage User (2). Then click on the ... (3) and click edit (4).

You can then modify your details as shown above.
