To input your reservation you can either go to "New reservation" or simply click in the date on the calendar in which the guest will arrive.

After that you can again enter into the reservation by clicking on it and select "Reservation Details". 

Then you can add more information, adjust the price, add a new guest in case it's a group reservation, etc.
