Urgent notes are generally used for important notes that need to be seen. Examples include double bookings as well as special needs a guest might require.
At the upper right hand corner of the calendar page of Switch there will be a red flag. Here you can view notes on reservations that are marked as "urgent".
Once you click the flag, a window will appear showing a list of all your urgent notes as seen below.
In order to mark a note as urgent, you must click on a guest's reservation and then go to the "Notes" tab.
Once you're in the "Notes" tab, you can view existing notes or create a new one with the "+ New Notes" button.
