Intercom is a in-built messenger which allows us to be in direct and constrant communication with you, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We also use Intercom to inform you of new developments in the software and to inform you of any urgent issue you may need to know about. Please take the time to read these when they pop up on your screen.
In order to access Intercom, click on the blue button that appears on the bottom right corner of your screen as shown below.
A chat window will then pop up and this will allow you to directly contact our backoffice.
The more specific your question (by providing Booking ID, or exact guest name or dates related to any issue you face) the faster we will be able to help you.
You may create a new conversation for any new issue but we recommend you access the previous conversations (see below) to continue a chat about an ongoing or unresolved issue)
