What is an OTA?

OTA stands for Online Travel Agency and it refers to such companies as Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, Agoda and Hostelworld. The OTAs are our partners and when you use Switch.cm you enter into a three-way partnership between yourself, the OTAs and Switch.

To which OTAs Can I Connect To?

We currently connect directly to the following OTAs: Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Hostelworld, Airbnb, Traveloka, Hostelsclub Our policy is generally to work with the largest, global ones.
